After creation of the contract the order for the Product can just be cancelled by the Purchaser if the Seller grant the cancellation and the Purchaser compensates the Seller for all expenses related to the work carried out in relation to the contract and likewise pays the Seller a quantity equivalent to the profits which the Seller would have accomplished had the agreement been finished.
6. If the Seller, at any time including after creation of the contract, considers the credit of the Buyer unsatisfactory the Seller may: (a) need security for payment of the Purchase Rate. 10. The Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Product in transit. The Seller will render to the Purchaser such assistance as might be required to make claims on carriers provided the Purchaser notified the Seller and the carriers in composing immediately, such loss or damage is found.
At our option, we might provide surplus materials as a preventative measure versus damage or loss. 13. Where the storage is at an area remote from the setup website, transfer of our materials to website is the responsibility of the purchaser.
14. If the Buyer requires unique packaging in relation to the Goods it should be concurred to in writing between the Buyer and the Seller, and the cost of the same is to the Buyer's account and appropriately will be consisted of in the Purchase Rate. If the Seller stops working to consist of the cost of special packaging in the Purchase Price the Purchaser should pay to the Seller such expenses on need.

All such times are to be dealt with as quotes just and we will not be accountable for failure to dispatch, install, or otherwise perform within such times unless otherwise concurred in writing.
21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller instantly. If the Buyer stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep delivery of any additional Product to the Buyer and may end, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all surviving agreements in between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
